Just wanted to let you know that I finished your wonderful book last night and got up this morning and decided (for the first time in 20 years) not to have a cigarette!!! ( I usually smoke at least 30 a day) – have also walked 7 miles throughout the day and hit the water target. thank you for giving me the drive to do something I’ve thought about doing for years (and I already feel fantastic 24 hours in) well done
