Is it REALLY Possible to Look and Feel Better in SEVEN DAYS???

Hello my new friend. Welcome to this site. I am so glad that you found it!

For over thirty years now I have been living what I think is an extremely healthy lifestyle. I am just about 55 years old as of this writing and i gotta tell you, I feel better than when I was 25. I swear! At an age where most people start “winding down,” I seem to be doing more than ever. I spend a month at a time in Breckenridge, Colorado and ski all day long. I do multi-day backpacking trips in the Grand Canyon. I just ran the Chicago Marathon this past October and plan to do so again this year! I basically am having a lot of fun with my life.

I am not telling you any of this stuff to brag. As a matter of fact, those who know me say I am actually a very humble person. The reason I am telling you this is because I feel there is really nothing special about me. I was never a gifted athlete. I was always very average in sports. In grade school, when they were picking people to be on teams, I was never among the first to be picked. I just kind of hung out in the background. I was never in great shape.

But as I started getting a little older, actually when I was in college, I always wondered why I didn’t look so great and why I was always so damn tired. A twenty-something kid in the prime of his life should not feel so out of shape. What was going on here?

Let’s just say, that was the point of my life that was perhaps the lowest.

That is when I took up running. Or I should say “tried to run!” It was a real mess! You should have seen me. I would change into my running shorts after school and attempt to run around the block.  I would get so winded after a short time. But I persisted. I never quit. Running around the block eventually turned into running a few times around the track at school. Then I entered a 5K and finished. Wow did that feel good!

I entered some longer races and finished them as well. And then about two years later I entered the Baltimore Marathon and finished. It was not a pretty site, but yes I did finish it!

I noticed that a lot of the things that I was doing in my life were actually making me look and feel much better about myself. I am not talking only about exercise. I noticed if I ate certain foods in certain ways, I would actually lose weight. I began making notes of everything I was doing.

Fast forward to two years ago.I was now in my fifties and felt better than ever. I knew I was on to something!

I took all of my notes and compiled everything that I had been doing over the years and actually wrote a book. That would surprise my college English teacher who almost flunked me out of school due to my poor English grades.

The name of my book is “Impress the World With Your Body in SEVEN Days!” Quite a title, huh?

Is it really possible to change in seven days? Well, it is certainly possible to start! What the title means is that there are SEVEN things that you need to know. One for each day of the week if you want to look at it like that. Once you know all seven and begin incorporating them into your lifestyle, you will notice BIG changes!

I want to stress that you do not have to be an athlete. You do not have to run marathons. I do them but I am not even so sure they are good for the human body! The stuff I teach is simple. You just have to know what it is and do it!

Please feel free to check out my site here. If you click on the tabs at the top (Day 1, Day 2, etc.), you will get an idea of what the SEVEN DAYS are all about. Just to let you know, my book has been available only in hardback up until now. But I am actually getting ready to release a brand new updated version as an e-Book. So my advice to you is if you are thinking about purchasing ‘SEVEN DAYS,” wait until the new version comes out. It will be worth the wait.

Please check back here often because I will have lots of cool free health tips for you. Thanks for joining me! Here’s to our health!
